Michelle established Lotus Rising Retreats as a space dedicated to helping others heal and undergo profound change. Inspired by her family’s own struggles with mental illness, she left her corporate job in tech to pursue purpose-driven real estate investing to create a lifestyle that would allow her the freedom to focus on her mission of improving 100 million people with their well-being. Michelle is determined to break the stigma surrounding mental health and provide support to those in need. With a foundation built on empathy and understanding, she channels her passion into initiatives aimed at fostering mental well-being on a global scale. Through her dedication and commitment, Michelle is poised to create a profound and lasting impact, one that transcends borders and transforms lives.

Minhdoan Ngo

Minhdoan Ngo, a Marine Corps veteran, Vietnamese American, and real estate investor turned wellness retreat co-founder and host, is on a mission to impact millions of lives by providing a transformative healing experience at his wellness retreat space. Inspired by his own family’s journey through mental health challenges, he recognizes the profound impact of holding space for individuals to be open and vulnerable. At his retreats, Minhdoan creates a safe and nurturing environment for guests to explore healing and self-discovery. With a holistic approach integrating somatic exercises, mindfulness practices, and cultural sensitivity, he empowers guests to embark on profound transformations. With a vision to touch the lives of millions, Minhdoan continues to lead by example, embodying compassion, authenticity, and a steadfast commitment to the well-being of others.
